I was helping a friend build his first offset out of pipe, when we cut out the door with a torch the door bowed out and we were wondering how to avoid that problem, thanks for the tip for next time 👍🏽
My first view of a Cen Tex smoker, and I have to say this is the nicest smoker I've EVER seen. And I've seen a lot of them. I would say that Sonny Moberg better pay attention to these guys, and probably should up his game and not just rest on his past reputation. These pits are nicer than his. Period.
I live in Pearland, TX and I passed by one of my favorite BBQ joints (KILLEN's BBQ), and I pointed out to my buddy, "look at that big ass smoker under the pavillion there. That is new.". Well, this is the smoker I saw 2 weeks ago. Awesome rig. Love the patina and I hope he doesn't paint it.
So I was watching the video and noticed Mike was wearing a Backline hat and was confused cause I thought he is Cen Tex. Then it cuts to a new scene and he was wearing an El Cucaracha hat. Love that the smoker builders are supporting one another like the BBQ guys that use the pits do.
Hi, my pleasure Mattia, I'm following you from Italy, I'm a fan of yours, can I ask you the measurements of the BBQ you're building, thank you very much, I love BBQ
Video stupendo, complimenti come sempre Mauro. Grandissimi prodotti e un particolare ringraziamento a Mike che ha mostrato tantissime cose sui suoi smoker 🤩
Love that comment ,they must be from Missouri. Your videos are great to watch ....I've noticed you like Talo for seasoning a smoker thought I read Franklin used Grape seed oil ?
How much would you charge for a 500 gallon trailer smoker with a tall box slow cooker integrated I would prefer a reverse flow but can live with a traditional open flow do you have a website where I can choose the cooker and add-ons I would like
Moberg, backline, bison smokers, millscale, franklin, depends how deep are your pockets , problably the most affordable is bison check out my instagram @texicanabbq_ i m about to do another giveaway
in the video 16:44 youre seasoning a offset smoker, is this smoker indoors under a canopy? if so what restaurant is this? i only ask as id like to do the same with a 1000 galon smoker in the uk.
In Texas a lot of restaurants keep smoke under a canopy or nothing at all. Rules and regulations vary in each county some are more restrictive some less. On my experience in Europe are more restrictions the health department most likely won’t allow you to keep it under a canopy…
Want to build a small backyard smoker? Here are some great tips from Moberg himself😎😎 ua-cam.com/video/gBNX69hbWmM/v-deo.html
Do you all build a smaller backyard version?
You are the best bro don't ever forget that ok 👍😁
I really like your style 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I need to consult with you Max. I will pay you cash.

Is also true that Moberg with his new shop cap push out of the door 4 1k smoker per day, and not many pit builder can do that
Now that's a smoker, I can put 6 of my smokers in there to warm them up before cooking. 😁👍

Hey just very busy lately
Lads you need to improve your welding the beads you have lay down look or full and you need to learn to weve your beads to make them stronger
So it's an extra 1,000+ pounds for no reason? That 200# door does nothing to help 😂
😆😆
I’ll bet that smoker cost $15,000 on the low end
Prices vary quite a bit depending on the finishing
