i loved this recipe and so did the person who received it!! it was reallly good :) any chance u can teach us how to make something for st pattys.. more cookies or cake or cupcakes.. n e thing? i would greatly appreciate it :D
you're welcome. it means (2 and 1/3 cups) or you can say (2 cups plus 1/3 cup). i have the full ingredients on the side bar if you want to copy it for reference. hope that helps. =)
@starfashionista hi...thanks for trying the recipe. well the only thing i did different was use aluminum foil. when you wait for the candy to completely cool it will harden and you can just peel it right off the foil. but if it's not completely cool then it will stick and become a gooey mess. i learned from the 1st cookie, cuz i pulled it off too soon it was just a sticky mess. if its sticky, then that means it's still not completely hardened. also, i used a spatula to peel it off.
@gilllovejb your question was "if my oven only offer the highest degree of 250'c ..how can i make it to 375'c ? please ans me thanks" - my answer is 375 Fahrenheit converted into Celsius is 190'c. hope that helps.
Thank you for this recipe. I have tested it and it works!! I finally found a recipe that will keep my cookies the shape of the cutters when they are baking. Thanks again so much. I loved your homemade heart-shaped cutter as well.
@evhanstella hahaha....thank you so much. i do love baking. who knows...i just might have my own bakery one day. =) have you seen my newest video? it's of a cake i made.
omg i love this. i need to watch this again and now focus on the actual recipe. you sound so natural, so easy to follow, and all this is 3min30. perfect. xxx how very resourceful to do your own cutting thing x
Actually, you decorate the cookies with frosting AFTER the cookies are baked. Not "before" or else all your hard work of frosting will just melt right off.
Decorate your cookies with frosting AFTER you finished baking it. Don't add it before baking otherwise all your frosting is just going to melt right off.
Please Please add more baking tutorials! Your Great!
