Two SAISD schools reportedly have no heat on one of coldest days of year

You know, some things never change. Back in 2014 when I was employed there, I blew the whistle on corruption that was going on in the maintenance department. I also complained about how that place was run by people who were unqualified. I have never worked at a place where ignorant people were promoted. Well, actually I take that back, I later worked at another ISD out of town and I saw the same thing there. Aquino needs to turn that place upside down and replace key positions in the maintenance department and construction management department.
