      Kyuki 3rd khana ko pachane m lgne wali urja ki jagah shareer uss urja ko apne aap ko or pachan ko heal krne m use krega .

    Ham sirf 2 time khana khate hai.lunch 12 . 30 ko or dinner 8 30 ko.bas breakfast bilkul nahi karna.or weight bhi kam hota hai.

    Just be on Salad in two days in week and Remain week days eat healthy food , and keep 12 Hours fasting daily in night.
