I've never met him personally but I have a friend who met him at Pax years ago. He said despite looking absolutely exhausted, Mark gave the biggest smile out of everyone at the table and was one of the kindest UA-camrs he'd ever met. Tried to make sure it was a great experience for everyone. I can't imagine him being anything but kind.
