It almost uncanny how well l relate to this list. I have a step by step list in my head of how/what I need to do things, but if you interrupt me.... I'm going to have (more) than a little problem
As for "That's fine" it often means I'm too exhausted to overthink this now. It's not always to avoid conflict as much as trying to prioritize things. If something isn't a priority for us, we try to make an effort not to dwell on it, as to use our time elsewhere.
I feel like saying “I don’t know” is also honest when genuinely not knowing a topic, instead of pretending that you do to sound smart. “I don’t know, but I’m interested to learn what you know about it.”
Number 7! Thank you! Far too many times people have pressured me into situations that cause me to become over-stimulated, then they guilt trip me for saying something along the lines of "It's too crowded.". Once I finally realized overstimulation was the cause, I've even explained it to certain people multiple times, but they insist I can just get over it and do the thing. As I learn to assert myself and my boundaries more, I've had to disassociate with at least one person because of stuff like that, which of course makes me even more the "bad guy".
I don't know whether it is something typically INFJ-ish, but I love to say a more complete variant of the first example: "Yeah, that is also true, but..." when I want to express my view about something without devaluating the opinion of my talking partner. In this way I think I get more openness from them in order to consider my point of view. One's own opinion is always true to oneself unless eventually one realizes by oneself it is not, so if I say this, I have it easier to make them realize their failing understanding about a given subject, if that is the case, of course.
I love the “I miss your call” text😂 that’s me 99% of the time! If someone tells me beforehand I’m calling you then it’s fine, because then there’s time for preparation but unexpected calls are not welcome.
What drives me nuts is when someone leaves a voicemail telling me to call them back, without saying what for or why they called. How do I know if I want to call them back? How do I think it over and prepare my thoughts if I don't know what it is?
@@dvf4550 I know right! It causes some frustration and panicking , sending your mind into overdrive trying to figure out what could be the possible reason for the call or voicemail. 😓

Mostly accurate for me, some differences. A while back somebody observed that I tend to mean exactly what I say and say exactly what I mean. If I say I've missed somebody's call, I genuinely have. My phone doesn't ring much anyway - in fact the last few calls have been robocall scams and who cares about them? If I say I don't know, I genuinely don't. Oh, btw, "fine" is actually an acronym. It means "Fouled up, Insecure, Neurotic, and Emotional." So, if an INFJ says they're fine when you can clearly see they're not, it might just be time to listen to them because it could be a cry for help.
