My personal preference are the Fairtex elasticated wraps. They have a lot more give and feel more secure than the cotton wraps, but without feeling too tight. The tape and gauze style wraps are too much hassle to put on.
@@johnnyboykickboxer8302 Oh I meant the way Muay Thai fighters wrap their hands, like you use the boxing method and I use the Thai style of wrapping my hands
I like both the Fairtex and the Hayabusa, both a good quality but I think I prefer the Fairtex as they seemed to last longer. The Hayabusa are fine, but seemed to become a little more threadbare after many washes in comparison to the Fairtex.
@@johnnyboykickboxer8302 ahh interesting, I got the impression from your last video that you preferred the Hayabusa? But I guess they've worn out fast since then?
@@georgebutt8297 yeah that's right, I prefer the look of the Hayabusa, but now that I've had them a while I realise that the Fairtex have lasted the longest 🙂
Keep the fingers spread. In between fingers come up the webbing then X to the wrist . That's how you avoid sprains and protect the pad on the knuckles. The way you do it makes the palm too thick.
Good point Jack Ridge! There are lots of ways to wrap the hands. This is just me explaining my way, but people may find another way hat suits them better and I'm always open to suggestions :)
What are your thoughts on the Thai style hand wrap? I tried it and the knuckle protection is great, and it's the one I use personally

How do these compare to Hayabusa wraps? Are these Mexican style stretch?
