I celebrated your birthday by stitching all day. I celebrated mine by stitching all day. I mastered the twisted chain and the feathered twig. Thank you so much for all you do and for all you share with us.
Thank you Jennifer for your video and so glad you had a lovely birthday. I love these stitches that have different ways of completing them and the upside down hoop. My stitches are so much better now I have stopped the unwritten rule that the work must always stay the right way up. Funny enough when I stitched in hand I turned it always without thinking. Lovely to see the sun ,it's a cold grey day here in the UK so your garden setting is so pleasant, a real joy. Enjoy your walk and daily swim it sounds idyllic. See you soon.
I am learning so much from your daily stitching. I have always used wool in my embroidery, and it has been so delightful to see you using lighter threads to produce more delicate stitches. Thank you!
Hi Jennifer, Thank you I was stuck on my bag panel and you gave me lots of new ideas along with your book too. Also I do still think that the Damask fabric looks pretty with your stitches on it so I think its worth stitching on. I am going to try that myself at some stage. I have an old piece that I can stitch on at a later date. Thank You for sharing with us.
Looks like a beautiful day. You stitch "backwards" from how I do. So I've been trying your way and I like it better. Wish I had known this years ago. Love listening to your wild life-I can almost feel like I'm there!

The sun was beautiful on your embroidery. I love how natural sunshine can make the garden and forest trees shine.
I love seeing how you did this stitch!
