The water isn't draining!!! E20 Code on AEG Washer Dryer
Вставка

- My AEG Lavamat Turbo was throwing an E20 Error Code and wasn't draining as well as it should - if at all, so in this video I investigate the issue.
A quick Google suggests that an AEG E20 E21 E22 error code is to do with the machine not draining correctly and it is likely the filter is clogged.
I go through the steps of removing the filter without (too much of) a flood, cleaning and replacing it.. Does this rather damp and dirty process fix the error? Well watch and find out! :)

No-one likes a dirty, clogged up hole 🥴
Nice little fix it video! Just come at the perfect time (that's what she said) as my dryer isn't performing 100%.
Thanks alot this really helped me to free my Aeg lavamat washing Maschine now its pumping water again. And if this does not help then look on the side of the tunnel where the sieve stays there is another hole going directly to the wash drums where all the water stays clean it with a tooth brush and all the water will come out nice one. 👍
Great tip

Nice! My washer dryer is throwing up an E15 error. I'm just ignoring it and hoping it goes away but maybe I should do something about it. 😬
THINK OF THE UA-cam CONTENT!! 😂
Thank you so much for this video.
Happy to help! 👌🏼
In sweden we have wachermachine in the bathroom in smaler apartments and a washer room in houses :) is it normal to have it in the kichen in the uk or is it a choice you made?
Thank you, looking forward to see the continued soundbar
It's very normal for them to be in the kitchen, sometimes bigger houses have a 'utility room' next to the kitchen which will have room for a washer and a dryer.
@@kiphakes you learn new things every day ;)
Thanks mate, that’s helpful
I used an oven tray
If there is lots of water left in the drum ,pull out the machine tilt it back and you would be able to get a large dish underneath the machine ,Then remove the filter, no water will end up on the floor ,
Great tip!
@@kiphakes happened alot in my machine ,so I stopped using colour catchers ,they used to clog the filter alot
Thanks
Hope it helped!
When you open the spout just have a bin liner to catch the water laid flat with the front edge lifted to the height of the spout. Bag will fill very flat and nothing on the floor. Close and empty as needed, idea stolen from plumber when I watched him and a literal eureka and D-oh moment rolled into one
Great tip!
Oh hallo fix video
Hope it doesn’t disappoint
Hello, maybe you could help me - a little screw got into a drainage hole in the bottom of a rubber seal. I've run a machine on a rinse regime, hoping that the screw would appear in the filter, but it didn't.. Where may it be? Where does that drainage hole lead?
I think directly to the drainage pump.. might be stuck in there. 😬
@@kiphakes Thank you!
I did all these steps but it still shows, the first time it worked. 2nd time no luck.
Sounds like theres a blockage deeper in the machine
@@kiphakes It might be. Thanks!
Or the rubber drain hose at the back is blocked or kinked.
Emptying the Washing Machine filter job is always a wet and smelly one...!!! I usually find shirt plastic sollar stiffeners...
Hahaha, I don’t wear shirts really! 😂
👍👍
AEG - auspacken, einschalten, Garantiefall 🤣
I feel this is a joke that only works in German.
