Can they grow in tropical climates?
They might grow but these have to have a few months cold period, so perhaps if they were refrigerated? But they won't in the ground since that freeze period wouldn't happen.
Did the tulips bulbs work well for you?
I didn't think the tulips worked well for forcing.
Why is my water cloudy in my glass
You can refresh the water, maybe once a week. Just set in sink and let it gently overflow. Then tip out extra. My daughter once had a bulb rot so check it to see if soft. Discard if soft.
