Thank you for an amazing video! Could you please review Hotshot Secret engine oil specifically for diesel engines 10W-30 - I was wondering if their engine oil is as good as Amsoil thank you
I just ran the Amsoil Diesel all in one mixed with the cetane boost in my mini excavator (V-Power Diesel), and holy. I noticed a huge power difference.
I have been using EDT for around nine months now and 70+ thousand miles. I noticed an immediate difference in the amount of times the DPF cleans itself. I would say it’s around 50%. Fuel mileage went up approximately 15% and the truck runs strong. I run over the road Hot Shot in a 2021 Ford F350 DRW And have been working the truck hard. I don’t put any fuel in my truck without adding EDT. I always use the performance dose which is 2 ounces for 25 gallons.
i am using amsoil diesel all in one in 2011 captiva 2.0 diesel with B30 diesel fuel cetane number 48, very good product, easy start on cold morning, tropical climate here
I can personally vouch for AMSOIL all season, in my ford 6.7 I got my mpg from 13.9 up to 15.8 running AMSOIL. After running out of AMSOIL I ran one bottle of hotshots my mpg dropped down to 14.2! Definitely worth the money for AMSOIL in my opinion.

I have a 2018 F250 6.7 powerstroke with a CP4. It has 25,000 miles right now. I am worried about CP4 failure due to lack of fuel lubricity. Does Hot Shot or Amsoil all in one have the better CP4 lubricity protection for my 2018 Powerstroke?
Nice truck! According to the hotshot test data it provides better lubricity, however it’s not clear at what ratio. I am struggling to understanding the ratio they are using in their test data. Also, having excessive lubricity will hurt dpf filter and egr cooler, more soot will be generated and truck will be in regen mode more often
Thanks for the info. I bought some hotshots, I’ll use it at the 1oz per 25 gallon to just give it a bit more lubricity. I’d rather delete than replace cp4 haha
Supposedly, EDT was initially made to fight the lubricity issue in the CP4 pump with the new low sulfur diesel fuel.. It has just turned into something much bigger though now with all the other added benefits of using it.
