Thank you for the video. It was very informative. My daughter is applying to LSU this week and we’re coming there for a tour soon! Please continue the videos this will help so many that’s going into college!
@@ZoiiAnisa Yes please continue this helps out so much. We actually just did a tour on Tuesday and my daughter love the school. Now my daughter has applied to mid October, on Monday she check the portal and, seen that she had a message asking her to answer 3 questions and, if she can send any other updated information. She answered the questions but she didn’t have anything else to update because she’s done everything. Her GPA right now is a 3.2 and her ACT score is a 19. She’s been trying to take the ACT over but because of COVID they continuously canceled every month. We just praying she gets in. We’re open to any advice you have. Thank you again for your videos!
@@preciouslee6123 Thank you so much! I would advise her to just keep trying and keep pushing. They should be a little lenient because of COVID with her ACT score but I cannot say for sure. I would just keep checking emails and notifications. I wish you all the best with the application process!
Zoii Anisa hmm so i go to a high school in Louisiana right now actually, I was born here, but I’ve never been to the LSU campus before . I’m questioning if I’m gonna want a roommate because I’m scared to be alone and lonely, but I’m even more scared that I’ll end up with a roommate that will be involved with bad things like substance abuse and pressure me into doing that too. Just in general, how to lose anxieties about college? Or how to be confident in the choices you make and make friends in college?
Call the admissions office. You have about a week left to submit an enrollment deposit so you should definitely email and call them to get your decision
Hey, I’m a senior now and I graduate 2021! I was wondering what were your stats , did ou have high scores or normal ? I’ve been trying to find somebody who has REALISTIC scores for me to go off of
I had pretty average scores. I had around a 3.3 GPA and I made a 22 on the ACT. I did not take the SAT, but I highly recommend taking both at least until you know which one you are better at!
Zoii Anisa thank you so much !!!!! Everybody kept telling me “ oh you gotta have. 25 and above to go there and you gotta be one of the top such in the class “ like yea it’s a D1 but still the acceptance rate us higher than expected other schools
Don’t be stressed! I know it’s a lot easier said than done but you got this! If you need any help please feel free to reach out! You’ve got plenty of time to get everything in order!
Should I take the sat or act tests to apply for lsu at the next semester or later.... Cuz I saw that they wrote something that I quote from it"In response to the global pandemic and limited testing opportunities, LSU will not require ACT or SAT scores for students applying for the Spring, Summer, or Fall 2021 semesters." so do i have to start preparing or what I love ur content...♥️keep up♥️
Thank you so much for your support!!❤️ I would contact someone in the Admissions office and double check that they’re not requiring it because what I would think is they won’t ask for that in the documentation. If you did want to take it anyway I only took the ACT. And they take the highest score so if you want to retake it you can resubmit your results.
@@ZoiiAnisa thanks for the speedy response... I'll be grateful for that but i think i will take the sat and prepare for it while i have a free time then I'll decide either to take the act or not. I heard that it might help me to find a decent scholarship
It honestly depends on the school. I would say the more the people want to go their and apply the longer it takes for them to go through everyone’s applications
Omg congratulations !!!!!!!!!!
I hope you post more vids of LSU, i just applied there lmao

What is the cost after aid for an out of state student at LSU?
I’m an out of state student but I pay in-state tuition because of my major, so I’m not sure what it would be for out of state.
I’m a Sport Admin major

Of course! And that’s fine as well. You should be able to find some good scholarships with a good SAT score.
How long do schools take to get back to you about being accepted?
It honestly depends on the school. I would say the more the people want to go their and apply the longer it takes for them to go through everyone’s applications
How long did LSU take?
Trinity Jackson for me it took 1 week, I just got accepted today!

Thanks for this video this my dream college been wanting to be a tiger since 7th grade

Do sophomore grades matter a lot to LSU ?
All your grades matter in high school, so don’t get discouraged. Just make sure you’re working hard and pushing yourself to get the best grades
How did you get your admission? Through an email ??
Yes and after they send you an official LSU acceptance letter in the mail.
@@ZoiiAnisa Everyone that I know got a nice big acceptance letter in the mailbox😭. While I got an email. But at least I got in.
Yes everyone gets an e-mail. Congrats on your acceptance, but later on you will get the pretty acceptance letter in the mail!
