If am accepted to LSU, I will like to be one of your friends on campus. How long does an admission decision takes at LSU? I have submitted my application on 9th April, 2022 and I have applied for the summer semester.
I have submitted my application to LSU and now am anxiously waiting for a decision.

Call the admissions office. You have about a week left to submit an enrollment deposit so you should definitely email and call them to get your decision
do freshmen have community bathrooms?
Yes There are community bathrooms in traditional dorm rooms. There may be some colleges where you have to share with suite mates like 3 other people. At LSU I stayed in a residential dorm and only had to share a bathroom with my room mate and my 2 suite mates. Hope this helps!

Should I take the sat or act tests to apply for lsu at the next semester or later.... Cuz I saw that they wrote something that I quote from it"In response to the global pandemic and limited testing opportunities, LSU will not require ACT or SAT scores for students applying for the Spring, Summer, or Fall 2021 semesters." so do i have to start preparing or what I love ur content...♥️keep up♥️
Thank you so much for your support!!❤️ I would contact someone in the Admissions office and double check that they’re not requiring it because what I would think is they won’t ask for that in the documentation. If you did want to take it anyway I only took the ACT. And they take the highest score so if you want to retake it you can resubmit your results.

Of course! And that’s fine as well. You should be able to find some good scholarships with a good SAT score.
Hi so I’m going to be a senior this year. It’s summer time now ofc and I’m planning to increase my ACT score, I got a 22 the first try but haven’t taken the SAT yet but plan to. Would you consider that ACT score good in terms of LSU, even though I plan on trying to improve and taking practice tests. Also I haven’t had many to no extracurricular activities throughout highschool. This year I plan to join National honor society, journalism and an anime and foreign club would you consider that good ?
Yes you’re ACT score is good in my opinion, but ofc I think it’s more so about everything overall for your application (GPA, test scores, extracurricular activities, etc.) I would try to get your ACT or SAT as high as you can get it. As far as joining clubs that is also a really great idea!
Hi yes a 22 is very good for a ACT score as a freshman. I am a transfer student applying for fall 2022 as well. For more information about Freshman accepts go to the Lsu website and click undergraduate admissions. There it will provide you with all the information you will need to get accepted.
Hi there! I’m a junior going into my senior year from lake Charles. I reallyyy wanna go to LSU but I’m worried my ACT scores are too low. I maintain a good GPA of about 3.5, I’m taking dual enrollment my senior year for three colleges courses each semester, but my score is an 18 because I’m a bad test taker when it’s timed. Do you know any friends who got accepted there with an 18? :(
Hi, I don’t know anyone who got accepted with and 18, but I know that if you keep taking the ACT or SAT, LSU will accept your highest one. Also check with someone in admissions and see what the ACT to GPA ratio is. For example, sometimes the higher your GPA the lower they may accept your test scores. I will also say as far as admissions, it’s not all about your grades, they consider the whole package

All your grades matter in high school, so don’t get discouraged. Just make sure you’re working hard and pushing yourself to get the best grades
