      Dude. Try it. Of course nutrition probably did most of the work but seriously. Do you know how challenging it is to stay in a plank like position?!

      @@frequentmyfrequency7115 Yes im actually doing a workout challenge now that includes planks but i wouldnt mind adding this along with it for maximum results and im eating raw vegan as well
