Good video, however...I just installed this and you absolutely have to drop the tank to get the inside bolts on the driver's side mounted. I was able to get them as she shows on the passenger side, but they didn't show the driver's side...and after I got into this install I see why they left it out of the video. It was a bear!!
everything went well for me, but those 4 inner bolts sucked to get to and fully tighten. You have to find the right length socket.
Are those 4 bolts absolutely necessary? I really do not want to drop the tank.
Impact w chrome sockets?

Which reinforcement plate do you use for a TJ as show in this Video?
This video skips over the hardest part. Getting the 4 inner bolts installed. Smittybilt needs to redesign the mounting of this bumper. Installation will required the tank to be dropped.
Why not show the tire carrier as well?
Will this fit old toyota pickup? Like the back to the future truck? Maybe with a modification on the bumper?
I'm sure with plenty of modiciation you could make it fit, us here at XT really wouldn't be able to confirm it though. As far as we're concerned, this is only made to fit out of the box on TJ and YJ model Wranglers. -Zach

The fuel tank is underneath on the passengers side.......
Not on a YJ/TJ its behind the rear axle
I bought this bumper, and you can not install the 4 bolts in the center either side of the hitch tube without removing the fuel tank. It would be nice if one of these "super easy" videos showed that!
