My skylark ladder quit operating. Please send information how to trouble shoot the problem. It has only been installed for about a month and working fine until just recently. It has a power source so we know that is not the problem.

Is there a remote control or is the control
fitted into the wall? What is the cost and delivery time?

What do you do, if you are up there, with no electricity? Does it have a manual override feature?
