We kept finding we needed a folding table. This is so easy to store. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxStL0QRChBju4aQlnTrRgBZvafFog0KU3 Opening and closing is easy as well. It has a great handle for carrying around the house. Its pretty lightweight and slides around easy. We bought it for our daughter’s first sleepover. Breakfast was a blur - but 12 7-8 year olds fit at the table with room to spare. We used it at thanksgiving and 6 adults fit comfortably on each side plus 2 on either end for a total of 8. Super easy to clean up afterwards as well.
That stair steady is brilliant! Also dig the elevators
love the counterbalance model, which is so well balanced and in some ways a simple idea that can work well, the great thing here is that there is little to go wrong and no folding and good-sized step treads but would have liked to see the addition of a handrail just to finish it off.

the folding spiral staircase, with each step also being a drawer, is utterly brilliant! i wish they were available for installment here in Australia because i would certainly be keen to have one in my house!
They are hydraulic. If they were only mechanical I would love them.
They would be perfect for a tiny home for accessing a loft that's not used much...I love the idea of them.
Putting storage into a staircase is an idea used more and more in tiny houses because every inch counts. But UT has to be in the design. Adding later doesn't fit.
Maybe, but they put the drawers on the wrong side, the way they have it you'd need a ladder to access the top drawers.

I'l bet it's super fun when the electric elevators that go through the floor/ceiling get stuck mid travel when the power goes out and you're stuck in an elevator in your own home. No chance of dying there.

A pulley back-up system is in order If it's well designed, even a weak person could raise or lower it.
@@kealani6535 you make a good point. We just got a garage door installed at my work with a motor and chains. One single chain to pull and lock in place to disengage the motor from the drive chain. The other chain is a big loop that you manually operate to drive it up or down in case of power outage etc. I never knew these kinds of drives were around and being used until recently. Makes perfect sense to be used on critical equipment like an elevator.
They don’t run off the power. They run off a battery that is recharged at one or usually both ends. Just like stairlifts.
@@holidayinn4293 the green one appears to be an alternative to emergency exit stairs. Probably specifically one-way for security.

5:01 seems like a good addition for home exercise. It does not look boring like a traditional fitness equipment, but even though the device works, it might not be suitable for everyone. For me, I would want to get it for my house but install it as an optional way to get upstair - not the default one.
Edit: I have just google it. That thing is real and work not a scam which was my first thought when I first saw it. It turns out to not relying solely on just human arms strength like I thought initially. It still rely on human power, but not just the arm strength.

Hi Could you make a folding slide for my Family Child Care Program. Fire drills would be quicker for the little ones.
Back when you could still have small children go to multifloor schools, my dad's elementary school had an emergency slide for fires. There were a number of issues with it such as a lack of any light in the slide or any way of knowing if it was clear to proceed.
Cool stuff, but I see some serious code problems for some of them in the US. Thumbs up.
