congratulations on the gold and silver coins. you are one of the only hunters i can watch without getting pissed off because you are funny and get properly excited when you find good stuff, and you dont go bragging about all the stuff youve found.

Don't feel bad, most treasure hunters go 40 years without finding a gold coin. You likely won't ever find another one again.... You could but likely not. Congratulations and welcome to that little club.

more on the bullet: the design is called a spire point. They were made for some time for the 9mm but I do not know if anyone still makes a mold. Google "9mm spire point bullet"

The item at 17:27 is for a pocket watch. Possibly you wound the watch with the piece that you have, then you put the piece into your button hole with the chain extending out and that piece behind the button "T"-ed across on the inside of your jacket. It kept the watch safe from falling outside of the pocket or falling if you dropped it while telling the time.

Around 23:09. Looks like a funny sieve. It's the metal container of a pastille burner. 19th century perfumed candle or night lite for getting rid of smells before Febreze. Usually hidden inside a porcelain house or some such kitsch.

Dan, I'm pretty sure that at 8:30 you have an ammunition can lid. German rifle ammo used to come in tins about that size and they were sealed shut with lead to keep moister out. If I remember right (and I may not, it's been quite a while since I've seen one of those cans), the can itself was made of zinc

At 17:00 looks like a perfume bottle stopper / dabber. Attached chain so you don't lose it from the bottle. Some of these are very old and ornate with matching bottle collars where the chain would connect to.

Dan, its either a Roman stylus, or its newer cousin, the pen. Posh types after the days of the feather quill used to have an ornate pen with the nib on the end, and some times they also had wrting lead on the end.

Dan, your gold 10marks is kaiser 11. The A under the head denotes its the Berlin mint mark. There are a few different mint marks on the gold 20 marks , A being the easier to find out of all of them. On your 10 marks A the Berlin mint was the only one used of all different dates.

Your right Dan, it is a bullet. They were a bit of an experiment I think late 17-middle 18's. They were used for better accuracy 2ith a shorter barreled musket. This was before they began riffling the inside of the barrel. It was not long, during its time ,before they begun using the cartridges which made the pointy projectile obsolete.

I think the reason the WW2 era coins are so badly degraded is due to the lack of raw materials in Germany at the time, the war effort would have taken most of the metal the government could get there hands on, meaning the quality of metal used in the coins would have been reduced, I think this is the same reason you rarely find any WW1 era coins.

Those pointy bits of lead you thought were bullets...well they are. Used in german hunting rifles in mid 1800's. In fact, probably the majority of the lead balls you found are from old hunting rifles/shotguns from the 1800's. If you google '1860 spitzer bullet nitroexpress' you will find a forum page that has pretty much all the bullets you found as well as info to what shells they go to. There was also a Norwegian paper wrapped military bullet with same pointy tip.

Lucky find, the 10 mark is scarcer then the 20 mark but is only half the weight. I am a numismatist ie coin collector and have collected these pieces for many years. The 10 marks is touching in weight 4grams, the 20 marks is touching 8 grams. The 2 and 5marks coins Kaiser Wilhelm 11 are .900 silver not quit sterling. How much did you get for gold 10 mark coin ? anyway Well done finding it.
