    Love your energy and the little jokes you have with your girls too. Trying my hardest to loose weight. I like your workouts because most of them don't involve intense maneuvers like burpees ect. I've had a stroke so stuff like that is too hard for me now. Keep up the brilliant work! ❤

      Nargess The spine is hurt, minute 7:09 in the video, this movement is dangerous because it causes stress to the spine, when we want to exercise the back, the movements must be more careful and slow much less than that. There are many trainers who talked about this bad exercise and how harmful it is to the spine

    Uh, the girl on the right is often in your videos, but she can't even follow the exercises well and is out of shape even though she does this with you a lot. It's distracting and not a good advertisement for your exercises.
