Hi Aditi. An excellent presentation, bravos. I’ve been working as a Lawyer in London since 1993 and have lived in the UK since 1968. I want to enjoy the rest of my days in my motherland hence genuinely considering Chandigarh to settle in. I’m looking to purchase a 2 bedroom home. Which part of Chandigarh would you suggest (low on crime, and no risk of rats or snakes getting into the property 🤣), a gated community property perhaps? Many thanks in advance.

Cost of dining out in a pub
General taxes imposed by local govt, like property taxes, vehicle registration charges, property registration charges
If i were to permanently shift to a city i would look for these info. Thanks!
They didn't miss these expenses. The normal every day expenses in their calculation are way over inflated in order to compensate for that. But yeah, the LPG costs might be a bit too high to come under that.

sorry to say but the average costs are much lesser than what you have told and no half part of sukhna lake is in Panchkula,Sukhna is in chandigarh only
also a decent gym costs around 1.5k-2k/month

Around similar cost there also but rent is less 10k for 2bhk and in porche area or in Patia area region it's 16k for 2 bhk otherwise same cost for the other things.
