First gold with the Detector! Gold at Moonlight Creek NZ!

- We are down Gold Prospecting at Moonlight Creek gold fossicking area on New Zealand's West Coast for the first time in years, we spent ages exploring and walked all the way to the top of the Paporoa Range, but we got some solid gold to show in the end including 3-4 pickers/ little nuggets with the Metal Detector our first found with it yet!

Thanks a lot bro! It was an epic walk and an amazing fun trip, not the best gold we have ever got but still very solid for the time spent actually prospecting! Yeah if you want Gold the gold monster is the way to go! Although if I could go back I would probably have bought the Equinox 800 instead because even though thats not quite quite as good for gold it still does a great job and is much much better on parks and beaches which I still detect a bit on, but if your just after gold the gold monster is amazing, and still don't regret getting it at all! Thanks a lot! Yeah its like new mode unlocked! I was very happy with those 3 bits, as the first two I just decided to grab the detector and got them instantly, took a lot of detecting for the 3rd one though. Thanks for watching!

Awesome bro! Would have been hard to make a profit off it back then, but would have been the benefits of a lot more remenants of where old timers worked and didn’t and which areas were definitely gold bearing (although I guess you have the internet nowadays)

Cheers! Yeah it’s amazing I tested it at home and it can even get bits a fair bit smaller then that again even medium-small flakes if they are close enough!

Yeah bro, this is most definitely legal at this location here in NZ. There are some areas both here in NZ and other country’s where it is not aloud though so always check your local rules.
