- Howdy folks,
I got out to do a bit of crevicing and nugget shooting on the West Coast of New Zealand. Some lovely scenery, history, and gold. What a great prospecting trip. Thanks for joining us,

Nice job, good to see Westcoast still giving out the shiny stuff 👍
Nice finds. Looks like Moonlight. Crazy the places gold can be found there, thanks to glacial push. Nice to see a pair of blue ducks there. There was one solitary one when I was there that was continually calling out for its mate that didn't seem to be around any more thanks to a certain government department capture programme.
Nice job. New subscriber here.
Nice work bro, yeah nothing bigger as all that bedrock would have been detected over and over just small stuff other detectors have missed or stuff that had washed in recently, never the less still good gold for up there these days looks like you had a blast! It’s such a cool spot aye, we will have to go back sometime again. Good luck on your further ventures
Thanks, mate! Got on some good coins last week. The video will be up on Monday. Still want to meet up with you guys sometime. Weather's starting to look a bit brighter.
Nice chunky and I like jades adventures too Great video
Thanks 👍. Jade's a great guy. Love his videos.
Wow what a killer spot that equinox is awesome long as the ground ain’t too hot Way to go 👍🇺🇸
I've been very happy with the equinox and surprised at the small gold it finds. Hot ground can be a pain, but if its not too bad, turning down the sensitivity or cutting off iron can help. I've been able to pull 0.1-0.2g pieces off of some hot rhyolite bedrock in Arizona, but only in some places. In others a .38 bullet wont pick up at 1cm (1/2 inch) on hot ground.
nice one bro not bad for a place thats ben hit hard over the years
Thanks, mate! I was very happy with the trip. Got to see a great new place too.
aweome hunt!
Thanks! We'll have to get you on some chunky gold when you visit. None of that dust from Wyoming, lol
@@ryansrelics6375 yeah for sure. It seems like a lot more gold is around there
