    Hi ive downloaded your template and am going to acclimate up to your figures. I was just wundering the par levels you quoted, did the lights have diffusers on or not? Ive got them but prefer the look without. In your opinion does it make a difference

    Quick question, the template on your website for the 1500 sps tank, what fixture is it for? Just asking because I’m using the blue g6 don’t know if it would make any difference?

    Hello In the beginning you said you must be in range of light. So you can’t be away from lights in order for them to work?

    • @WorldWideCorals
      @WorldWideCorals  Рік тому

      Hello! Yes, you must be in range of the lights to use the app, not for them to work. They will work AFTER you program them. Hope that helps.

      We just added some G5 profiles that you can use with the G5 blues as well.

      World Wide Corals how does that work though? The Pros have different LED’s in them compared to the Blues and both I believe are a bit different than the G4’s I believe you guys are running (unless you guys have moved to G5).
      I downloaded the Mixed Reef and SPS settings you guys have. Both are really really blue on my lights. So blue in fact I can’t even tell what color my fish are 😂

      @@cegentry sorry we didn't see your reply. Since you have the Blue version which has more "blue" LEDS, we add more of the "cool white" channel to balance out the look. If this makes it too bright, then you can adjust the overall intensity.

      @@cegentry we run our lights with white spectrum for 4 hours and the rest is mostly blue for enjoying the corals.

    Hi, I’m running a G5 Blue on Red Sea MAX 170 LPS only tank.
    Should I use only blues as my spectrum?
    There is no need of the red, cyan and white leds to be activate?
    Will you still add a 10% of white for few hours were there is no SPS?
    Thanks for your work🙏🏻

    • @WorldWideCorals
      @WorldWideCorals  3 роки тому

      Hi, we would still recommend running the white, red and cyan at 10% for 3-4 hours for LPS and soft corals. You can slowly raise the percentage to 15% and 20% over time if you see the corals reacting positively to it (showing better growth, opening up more, coloring up etc). Just either raise the percentage or the length of time, but not both at the same time. For example if you are at 10% for 3 hours, you may want to bump the time to 4 hours if the corals are responding well, but don't change to 4 hours and 15% at once. Let us know if that helps!

    Hi Josh, I use 2xr15 pro for 100g sps dominante . Which schedule do I have to choose? Thx.

    • @WorldWideCorals
      @WorldWideCorals  2 роки тому +1

      You can choose the schedule for the 100g tank! The acros will do fine in that schedule and you can even bump up the intensity if you like

      @@WorldWideCorals I’m running the same schedule and my question is would I bump up the schedule intensity or point intensity?

    • @WorldWideCorals
      @WorldWideCorals  2 роки тому

      @@johnlopez3333 you can do a little bit of both but mainly the schedule intensity. These lights are pretty strong, so if your corals are looking happy, you can just keep it how it is :)

    Hi could you explain what the difference between the overall intensity and point intensity?
    If I'm running a program and want it at 30% , do I set both the point and overall intensity to it?
    I'm confused, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    • @WorldWideCorals
      @WorldWideCorals  2 роки тому

      Point intensity is how strong you want each “color” to be. So generally you can control each point intensity to what looks good to your eye or what you prefer for the tank. And control the overall intensity based on what corals you have or how strong you want the light to be overall.

    Whats the reason you run alll bluee? Near the end?

    • @WorldWideCorals
      @WorldWideCorals  4 роки тому +2

      Many of the corals we have on the farm come from a depth that receives more "blue light." We have found that they thrive with light in the blue spectrum. This also shows off their vibrant colors. The daylight peak (white spectrum for a few hours) gives a little extra punch for growth, especially for a mixed reef that may contain some SPS corals.

    • @WorldWideCorals

      A legacy device is any previous model of equipment other than the current models being sold now. For example, Radion G4 lights since G5 is the current model.
