14:39 patchXT has Network control… there are tons of USB over Cat options about there, and remote USB and serial have been used in industry for 20+ years.
Help! I’m curious if the scenario from min 05:00, will work with Behringer Wing Rack ( as stage box and for monitor control ) having and using Dante card also, and Lv1 Clasic ( for FOH). Thanks!
Great video… the reason “it took so long” is because it was waiting for me to finally take the plunge and spend a fortune on a computer and extreme server with the ionic interface 😡 Now this has come out!! 🙈 Dud I hear you say Waves are doing an LV1 course? Or are you guys doing it?… I’m looking for a one on one to help me set this new gear up 🙏
Hi! Do you recommend the Proton Duo or a Mac Mini with M2 Pro, running SR Performer? I have an M32. I am not worried about the delay, I am worried about SR app crashing.
@@Churchfront Would using the Proton Duo with a M32 remove the potential of doing virtual soundchecks? Or can that be done with the Waves card in the M32? Also, could a M32 control faders on the waves software via midi? Thinking about a hybrid solution, M32 could still run monitors, but I'd like hardware fader control, and virtual soundcheck is a must
@@hiimlawrence we ended up going with an Extreme server C + a Dell desktop as the host computer. Very happy with that combination. I wouldn't recommend the proton duo for big processing loads. Any computer will work well for the host computer, waves even has a guide online for setting up a computer to run LV1 or superrack efficiently.
This is hilarious considering the Behringer x32 rack can do all of the patching without all this other goop. You are talking about "Budget Friendly" right?. This clip is nothing but a big selling fest. Get a grip you guys.

Cool 😎 great video guys ❤
What do you guys think about Karon Sepia for live mixing?
What program do you guys use for recording your podcast?
hi guys can I do 32 channels using a x32 rack and a SD16 ?
I've been making my own servers with great success :)
How do you do this?
@@joshkaspian actually the "server" is just a linux host running waves softwear. ua-cam.com/video/xcEvPdfWJLM/v-deo.html
Will we see an LV2 in the near future?
have you seen Soul Survivor Watford?
their music is really solid
My issue with waves is that it does not have crossfade function between scenes.
can we install a Jake into our system at all?
working on it
@@ChurchfrontWaves Jake plugin?

Proton Duo would be plenty sufficient
Thank You 🙏🏻
