That's honestly why I prefer the version at the 02 reunion. It was a full step down and Plant's singing was so, so wistful and melancholy. One of my favorite versions of the song.
Anybody have an MP3 of this version tuned down? I have the CD (of course!), but no idea how I'd capture it in Eb. And I'd prefer to have this in an MP3 version so I can use it in my DAW for learning to play on guitar.
@@TheUnfor1696 thanks for your reply! Your note triggered me to think about conversion rather than capture, and DAW's can do this easily. I simply loaded my song into Presonus Studio One 4, then "Transpose" or pitch-shift the entire song down by 1 semitone. It was extremely easy to do -- never even considered that and I wasn't aware it was a feature. @@gRatedContent Try to see if your DAW also supports formant shifting, it fixes vocals that sound weird when pitched down. For example, if you pitch a song DOWN a half step, you shift the formants UP a half step, which will retain the vocal qualities of the original while still being pitched down. It's awesome.

Hello! You may be able to obtain it using any online tool for converting any youtube video into a MP3 file
