    1. 80% of results come from 20% of efforts. Prioritize high-impact tasks over low-priority ones
    2. Use calendar blocking to focus on high-impact tasks first, making them non-negotiable in your schedule.
    3. Schedule focused “deep work” blocks of time to tackle important tasks without distractions.
    4. Complete tasks that take less than 2 minutes immediately to prevent them from piling up.
    5. Group similar tasks together (e.g., answering emails, meal prepping) to minimize mental switching and improve efficiency.
    6. Start your day with a calming routine (e.g., coffee, reading, or stretching) to boost productivity and reduce stress.

    There is a much simpler way to save time. Don't do it. 90% of everything is irrelevant and can be ignored.
