Cars do look similar on the video and in the photos, but when you see 4 series and 3 series in person you realise why there is price difference. 4 is much more of Sport car, as it is wider then 3 it looks more agressive, and much more beautiful. Plus the gills on the side give it more sport look, so for me 4 is much more beautiful. 3GT also have gills, but I do not like it as it is not a car, and not a SUV, but something in beetween.
I have both cars. This video does not mention the options in both cars, such as 4 series have navigation, (eco, comfort,sport and sport plus), the bag do open by laser, plus the light inside of the car if there any body inside. There is a lot of feature with the car key. So may be you can say it like iPhone 5and iPhone 6s

They are all options :)) Compare two cars with exact same options .... ;)

If you add the optionals you have standard on the 4 series you get to a slightly smaller price, within 1000€. The 4 series is a bit heavier, and the tailgate probably is a bit harder to build. I don't know where the added weight come from since it is only 15mm wider but instead less tall.

My 2015 428l is leaking oil at 29k miles. Lover pan gasket is leaking oil and oil filter housing gasket is leaking oil too. My warranty expired a month ago, and I got bill at BMW's dealership $2200 This is common issue with 328 and 428 oil gaskets failing after some time. Buy extended warranty or stay away from this car.

Love the 428 design. It's the best looking of all the line, and the interior is German coachworks at it's best. But theyre' a dime a dozen, so predictable. Model 3 is a futuristic head turner.
