- So Mi band 7 is in the house from quite sometime and i am using it as my daily fitness tracker.

Is it really worth the price?
Is it really worth upgrade from mi band 6?
How's it as compared to Redmi Smart band Pro?
Will look 4 points - Overview - Things that are new - How is it as compared to the competition - Is new features really useful - For how much it is worth the price?
Overview : Looks same and the reality is, my brother told me just after opening the box “Same manga liya kya firse”
So it looks very similar to mi band 6 only little bit broader this time. Even the charging Dock is also same.
Same water resistance rating.
Things that are new :
1. Bigger display with better resolution but still 5min sot not present.
2. AOD Faces
3. More Workout modes - Always on workout screen - Workout assistance with training load calculator - Recovery time - Standing and Walking Reminder in a different way.
4. Usability - More practical and easy to use - Animations are more smoother now - No need to touch handling application in most parts. - Replying to call notification are more smoother - Sleep data is full visible into the band so no need to touch handling application.
5. Third Party Apps - Some third party apps -
6. Health monitoring data is same as earlier and same sensors.
How is it as compared to the competition in the market under 5000 :
Smartwatches - Redmi Watch 2 Lite, Redmi Smart band pro, Poco Watch, Amazfit Bip 3,
Zepp Life Application - Data is gery detailed and Xiaomi Wear App and Huawei Health

Is features really useful :
1. Workout Assistance is not so useful coz its under development stage.
Its all about common sense, you only think you are tired so don't do more workout.
1. AOD is useful and extra points for more watch faces.
2. Third Party app support is
For how much it is worth the price :
If we see competition then 4k is a decent pricing for this band coz otherwise GPS watches are Available to buy
