Emig, Langston and Stewart in my opinion are the best we have had announce races..Stewart has personality and can break down races n riders like no one else

Jason Weigandt + James Stewart = perfect duo. And I like when AC is doing the sort of impromptu comments from wherever he is.
I'm from EU but I mostly watch AMA.
I think MXGP is badly produced. Filming is bad, most tracks are not TV friendly. Their annoying live position display on the bottom, only shows 4 riders position/time at the time, instead or having a bar on the left with at least 20 riders.

I sorta get the hate for RC. But then again I don't. Like no matter what he says, he's Ricky Carmichael, how could you ever hate on him? It's also great to see Bubba back around though too, he's way better at announcing than I ever woulda thought he'd be.
I think the worst part is that people just say that they hate him in the booth and not give constructive criticism. Like cool you hate him, why do you hate him? What do you like about other commentators? If only it was normalised to critique in a way that is harsh but fair online.
He just repeats what others say, he stumbles threw his words cause he doesn't want to upset anyone. James just says it flat out. James doesnt stumble and he isnt afraid to push a subject@samspencerRS
@@Beastmode-38 Great! this is constructive. This wasn't a particular attack at you, it was a general observation made. I think he has shortcomings obviously but I want to see great riders develop a career following their time as a rider, as they deserve it. They also got underpaid for the their outcome, so if they can earn more after, then that's amazing.
Stew, Weege and AC are going to be the future. It’s unbelievable how good James is at breaking down the mental/technical aspects
AC- be your own personality to the box. Bring insights and opinions. Very invaluable…That the value of having a “champion” like you in the box instrumental. and Gypsy! love the content and the guess. Keep grinding my friend! We need you to get to 500K Subs- EASY!😊
AC has the potential to be a great broadcaster. He showed it at 17 let alone now. I appreciate his loyalty to RC but unfortunately Rickys talents are on the track not in the booth.

Plenty of people work hard but it doesn't make them good. Quite often when Ricky is in the booth I turn the volume off and watch the race in silence. Langston & Wieg were my favorites.
We need our own moto streaming platform. There's so much opportunity. Pick the cameras you're watching, the commentators you're listening to (or not listening to sometimes I just want to watch), 4k maybe? Peacock sucks
Personally I love RC in the booth. And I seriously miss Langston. But i would love to see Reed in the booth.
My biggest gripe with the TV production is they have the ability to go double box literally whenever they want with just a click of a button but instead they’ll watch a battle for 10th place for like 5 minutes straight & miss important shit bc they’re sleeping
Case & point Deegan passing Kitchen for the lead at Charlotte was missed live until the announcers brought it up lol

Ralph sheheen was a beauty miss that guy. Bring back Ralph ditch Leigh diffey. Keep all the boys the same Adam ypur awesome keep it up.

Bubba is the best of them. He’s funny asf. He adds in the “dirty” tactics that riders always do, and he did.
My two favorites he said was “Yeah, they are behind ya, so you intentionally roost them every corner.” And. “If you catch the leader coming through the pack, but can’t pass them because it’s one lined and they’re riding too fast….. tuck the front end. That way you can say to the rider ‘I was faster than you and would’ve passed you, but I tucked the front end on one turn and you got lucky!” I love the mind games he played while competing.
Weege is awesome and very few complain about him. RC on the other hand just wasn’t made for public speaking. There are so many people that do not care for him it’s alarming. There are so many better options and hope to see AC replace him ASAP.

That other announcer Leigh diffey has a different speech pattern and that was very foreign to Americans and I don't think that meshed well with anyone. There's a huge difference when Ricky is with Weege and Stewart he can have much better conversations when announcing.
Ricky the GOAT sucks as an announcer. Big fan of his racing but just wish he would shut up during the race.
RC may have been one of the best riders ever BUT.... NOT in the booth.... He offers nothing and just filibusters and tries to dominate the entire race with useless garbage.... JS7 is the best and 100% offers very good info.

@michaelgrubbs1618 I was at RC rookie supercross season and watches his last race at milville. He is my favorite racer but James is miles ahead in the commentary seat!
Ricky is the Goat. If he is terrible in the booth, which he isn't, that would still be ok with me.

Yeah, and Messi and Ronaldo would probably also be awful commentators. I completely understand the appeal for having names like Carmichael and Stewart in the booth as the analysts. However, I don't believe that the star power associated with the name should trump the ability for them to do the job. Neither Ricky or James have a strong ability to speak well, nor do they have a vocabulary above standard grade 10 level. Their "insights" are basic at best (if I see one more key to the race as 'get a good start', I'm going to throw up) and their ability to communicate them are even worse. Give me Weigandt or Diffey to anchor and either AC or Dan Blair as the in-booth analyst with JT on the track. That is the best lineup we have for this sport.
Im no expert. But i think you need 1 person to talk about on track stuff and you need someone to talk about off track stuff. My wife watches for the personal stories. She dont give a shyte about the quad or the start or whatever. Jus sayin... k bieee
RC is better with Weege and Stew.
somebody please tell stew that lack a daisy is pronounced lackadaisical. everytime he pretends to know what riders are thinking only shows how he talks out his ass. if fans wanted to listen to the hood slang they could tune into south park. hire class not talk out the ass.
