The depth really is the most terrifying part about the ocean. Like there is soooooo much of it that we haven't seen and so many animals we haven't discovered because we don't have the ability to go that deep. We know more about other planets than we do about the ocean!

It was terrifying. The ship was rocking so bad you could see the horizon disappear through the window. Walking through the hall wats was like trying to walk on a roller coaster, people were bouncing down the corridor side to side. Just. The worst cruise ship experience.
melanated misfit if you do go, I’d suggest spending the extra money to go on a bigger ship. The big ones can withstand more turbulence so if there are a lot of strong waves you won’t feel them as much.
When I went on a cruise when I was a kid my big brother told me to look out into the ocean at night and to imagine a giant hand just coming up and grabbing me and I spent the rest of the cruise indoors
