    Hi
What are your thoughts on Danube diamondz project and if a studio there makes better proposition than 1 bed?

Thanks a lot for this video. This is just the situation I am in. I have a budget of 175w AED, and I am considering if it is ok to buy one bedroom apartment or two studios in business bay. After watching your video, I am more confident about buying two studios .

Really good community built by one of Dubai's best developers. You can watch this video here for further info

@@TomJacksonDXB Thanks appreciate your prompt reply. Considering buying unit in Hartland 2 but not sure if appreciation will be good with such a massive project. Same with rental, would you consider this property as a short term or long term?

@@darius.z with large master-plan communities there is the initial risk of lots of supply coming onto the market in the short-term. Although, if we look on the long-term the fact that it is located close to Downtown / Dubai Creek Harbour & is built by a great developer is a plus :)

    80,000 v 100,000 is a 20% difference not 25%

      (100,000 - 80,000)= 20,000
      (20,000 / 80,000) = 0.25 or 25%
