I was so excited for magic spoon that I ordered the four pack. I didnt even consider that it would have dairy. I was massively disappointed, but when I cancelled the order they refunded me and didnt require me to return the boxes so I just gave them to a friend.

Love some Chex! Cinnamon Chex on dairy free vanilla ice cream makes it taste like fried ice cream.

I really want to check out 3 Wishes now! Might be a cereal I can eat. Miss it, and sometimes you're just craving a big bowl of crunchy sweet nostalgia with ice cold milk.

    I've been missing Phil's humor 😁
It's unfortunate I can't try any of these since most contain _Sunflower_ and that's one of my allergens.
Also the 9min length is perfect imo. Keep 'em coming Phil!

Loved this video!! I need to try 3 Wishes again! I got the pumpkin version last Fall and it was good, but I haven't tried any of their other flavors. I tried Magic Spoon out once, and it was fine. The texture is not my fav though and it is so sticky I felt like I had to brush my teeth after eating it lol. My sister is Keto and loves Catalina Crunch. She would eat it right out of the bag by the handful and then realized the fiber content hahaha. 😆 Now we stick to just a serving size.

Hi Phil. When you were diagnosed and cut out gluten and dairy, did your GERD get better? We’re you able to reintroduce foods restricted because of GERD? Like spicy food? I love spicy food. Hoping I can reintroduce it one day!

Peanut butter chex is amazing and your video reminded me to add it to the list of GF stuff I am cramming in my suitcase to bring back to the UK with me when I visit my parents.

gotta say i coincidentally tried three wishes cinnamon this morning and did not like it at all it had very little flavor and i don’t usually go for super sweet stuff but it still had way too little sugar and cinnamon for me, the only thing it had going for it was texture

Loving the cereal review vid! 🙌🏼😊I don’t care for Chex at all unless I’m making a snack mix or dessert mix with it 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 I feel like I’m alone in my not so love for Chex, I also hate cinnamon LOL. I love lovebird and seven sundays for me I love their clean ingredients and their tastey to me. With lovebird I love adding nuts and chocolate chips or nuts and fruit to it! Seven sundays is fruity and yummy and such a yummy snack/treat I personally love the berry seven sundays flavor though so maybe some of the other flavors you’d like better. I really like this chocolate brown rice sprouted cereal for like a comparison to like a chocolate rice crispies cereal, but I may be alone in loving it so much😂

Why would they make "gluten-free" cereals in facilities that process wheat? It makes no sense.

i hear ya! but as long as the products aren't made on the same line it can be safe. Seven Sundays specifically says on their site: "In order to maintain a clean environment and reduce the chance of cross contamination, there are thorough sanitation procedures that take place between EVERY production run." But some people prefer only GF facilities and certified GF products, so i just wanted to point it out in this vid

I promise bioengineering foods is fine. Not really anything to worry about. In ways it's better. Usually it's uninformed that think they're bad for you. They also tend to use much fewer pesticides as well
