Still there are to much ingredients that you don't need, you already have almond flower which is good. A sauce will always thicken by itself it just takes a bit longer. I would only use broth and Some butter. Things like tapioca flower and ghee are technically gluten free, still not good for people with celiac disease. So there is too much going on, use simple high quality ingredients like they do in italy. All with all you also have to use good quality extra vergine olive oil.

Wait, there advertising having nut free products and then using almond flour? Honestly, if I was going to accomdated the other, rarer, issues, I would be completely nut free since that’s much more common and very easy to do in baking. Just a strange choice to me. Genuinely no judgement, just kind of confused as to why they made that decision.
