In the UK we tend to just use a duvet and no sheets/blankets underneath and we just wash the duvet cover weekly so I'm always fascinated by the layers in American beds. Do you sleep under the sheet, blanket AND duvet? Isn't that really hot? Love the 2nd look you showed here especially ❤
