I just found your videos and have been going through a number of them. Thank you for all of this useful information and I am more confident to try more of these techniques and exercises with my teams.
Hey Chad, figured it was the least I could do to enter a comment and thank you for all this valuable wisdom. I only heard your name 48 hours ago and I already have two of your books AND your Connect cards. I was guilting myself out because I'm literally watching your videos one after the other and not only am I learning a ton of stuff I'm moments away from launching a 30-minute meeting so I'll be putting it in play and I've not taken the time to comment and thank you. Chad, thank you, you're appreciated, keep the great content coming, I'll keep watching and implementing on the daily ;-). Hope to run into you sometime, WISHING we could grab you for a few sessions over here!
Thanks Chad! Another great video. Love it and specially the idea about intentions. I think I am going to try it in a meeting tomorrow! I will let you know how it goes. THANKS A MILLION
I am currently preparing some information for meetings next week and the "be clear of the meeting intention" hit me. I need to not only be clear on the meeting intention from my perspective and what I selfishly want to accomplish, but what the team members will need and their intentions as well. I need to think of the whole, which I often do, but there are those times where we all want to be selfish in some way. I will definitely be using FOGS as well!! Really good stuff! see you in part 2
QQ- Coaching though on something... I use Teams and as you know, we have a wonderful chat section during meetings. Would you still hold the card to the screen or would you type the question into chat? I'm asking because I don't want to make anyone feel uncomfortable and if they see my face holding up that card they may feel pressure to talk on camera instead of type their answer into the chat, am I overthinking? lol😁
I think that you are indeed overthinking. It re-engages the brain and wakes people up to see a physical prop held up to the screen. And you can simply give directions to answer the question on the screen in the chat. Just makes it a bit more visual, dynamic and interesting. If I know the group already, I will sometimes invite peoples' responses "off mute" as well 👍👍
Wow the books are sooooo expensive. I was about to go an purchase a few of the books, but the cost is so high. Are they any other options that's a bit more cost effecient for the average person?
Hey Latrice, I have spent tens of thousands of dollars producing and publishing over 400+ free video tutorials across the channel to make my tools accessible to all. I also share an abundant amount of free printable and digital resources via this link: weand.me/free/ There are also some coupon codes at that link to get a discount on the physical card decks and books as well. I also believe Ask Powerful Questions is currently $17 on Amazon in case that is the book you are looking for...
I love the idea of intention into chat for some of my groups. It's not about ME ...its about them. This is a great virtual pivot!
Thanks!

That's exactly why I'm here, Findo! Thank you, thank you!

A simple choice of words can be a choice of worlds indeed, Marilyn!
Hi Chad. Thank you for a great video! Is the pocket guide available to purchase as an e-book? Not an audio book. (could not find it on Kindle).

“Voluntold”. 😂😂😂
That is one of the gems we've developed from the English language. Glad you, the master linguist, caught it.
@@chad.littlefieldWell, I wouldn't call myself a master linguist, but rather a Master of the Universe. 😉 #humble
