- Join me whilst I open my LPC results. This is a live LPC results reaction video!
I enjoy watching other people's exam results reaction, especially LPC results videos, so I decided to make my own LPC results opening video.
I completed Practical Legal Research, Interviewing and Wills assessments in December 2020/January 2021 and today is the day that we get our results!
Did I do enough to pass? Find out in the video...
About me:
I am a future trainee solicitor at a top 55 UK law firm and a part-time LPC student at ULaw in London (Moorgate).
I studied law at university, graduating in 2012, but began contracting in financial services after leaving university as I lacked confidence and didn't think I was the right "type" to become a lawyer. I developed my confidence in the workplace and in 2019, I finally decided to pursue my dream career to become a commercial solicitor, securing a training contract in 2020!
I decided to start a UA-cam channel to document my journey to qualifying as a solicitor. I also want to provide some advice along the way to those who are applying for training contracts and vacation schemes, or thinking of changing careers.

Hey Emily! Thanks a lot. I used Synap. Sorry I might not have been clear - there were not 700 different questions I just completed 700 mock questions. I kept doing the available questions over and over again until I knew the answers really well.

@@zara2500 Hi Zara. I completed 700 Synap Qs in total but only because I repeated each quiz so many times. There aren't 700 different questions. Sorry for the confusion.

How do you access the mock questions in Synap with University of Law? I'm trying to figure it out and I can't :(
Hey, synap can be found by going to Elite, then Courses, then Intro to Professional Practice, then you should see Revision Portal - Synap on the left hand side black column. Otherwise search Synap in your emails. Im sure we had an email from uni with the Link. Hopefully that helps :)
How long after you sit your examinations do you get results?
Hey Kimberly! Usually results come back in less than two months at ULaw! I took business law around 8th March and I had the results by 20th May. I took my electives (banking and m&a) around mid to late June and I'm getting the results on 29th July. I hope that helps!
