I bought ko's swingarm and have had issues since day one and haven't been able to get customer service to help for over 2 months. unfortunate cause I used to want the controller.
Ok finally got a KO controller, but now being told my battery/bike is the older version, and it’s not beneficial to run it? Is that true? (It is bypassed already) I saw your other video about better top speed KO w/stock battery but not sure which battery it is? I’d love to meet up sometime and pick your brain! (Fellow Utahn 🤙🏻)
I don't know why an older bike makes a difference. I have a friend that has an older one 2019 or 2020. He has a KO and its great. I think if your battery is bypassed, with the KO controller you should be able to set it to 7kw safely. Some ppl do 8.5kw on bypassed batteries. Remember stock is under 6kw. The stock battery I was using in those videos was the older 34ah panasonic battery, which is actually better than the newer samsung 38ah battery which has inferior cells. I think you are safe. I would try to hook it up and start with a 7kw tune if your battery is bypassed. If its not.. then set line amp to 90 and phase amps to 430-520 (preference based)
Yes, you can set it to whatever speed you like. I am pretty sure you can even set it to high KW like 15kw and still have the RPM's limited to the MPH you are looking for. That would feel weird though ;)
The throttle can be tuned. How do you like it? The way I have it right now is smooth. However, I did just get a domino throttle, but that’s mostly for the stiffer spring.

Can it change the killowatts so I can make it 15.5 mph street legal
