I installed the pro controller and Surron is running backwards, any ideas? UPDATE: Be sure to pick Surron motor in the app if you have a stock motor.

Yes there is a motor direction option in there. If you have the app its under the motor tab "Motor Direction" you have the choices of "CW" clockwise and "CCW" counter clockwise. Just change it to the setting other than what you have and you should be good to go.

I am about to pick up a low hour Sur ron with a KO pro controller and RS motor here soon. I am wondering how you update the hex file?

It is all done now through the app. Which is pretty simple honestly. I do think they still allow PC connections but it is clunky and I don't advise it.

@@clu801 The guy I was going to buy the Surron with the KO pro stuff decided to back out and keep the bike all the sudden. I ended up just ordering a new Eride Pro SS. Thank you for answering my questions though :-)

Did the domino throttle make the throttle curve feel different? I feel like no matter how I change the throttle curve it has no torque or top speed and even when I’m wide open off the start it gradually picks up speed.

It for sure made the range a lot bigger. So it took more throttle to get more power. But I haven't noticed a lack of torque when I crank up the phase amps. Personally I like it because I felt the stock throttle was twitchy. But also I had changed the throttle before this update in this video and prior to this update the throttle was ****.

Having the same problem, I’m on stock battery but feel like stock controller was snappy

I really like just a flat linear line with no curve feels the best to me
