How are you ever going to WASH the towel? Hot glue will melt right off in hot water, and I always wash dish towels in hot water... maybe I'm the only one? Hot glue may be fast, but sewing will LAST!
@@pamczech5984 would that be Fabritac? I washed recently a white hand made item using Frbritac and it did not undo any seams. Curious. Have an awesome day!

Maybe if your child brought that home from kindergarten, fine. I think the potholder projects were brilliant. I don't know if the hanging, glued towel will stand up very long, but the cones for silverware and pens and the sewing kit was great. Cloud lamp, not so much. Buying stuff to make useless stuff is not for me.

Cutting up potholders to make hot glued cones is a bit frivolous! Hot gluing a potholder to a tea towel will come apart in the dryer!! These ideas are poorly conceived! I stopped watching after potholder cone #2.

Sad to say but some people were not taught to sew. Sadder still they think they can't learn or they are afraid. 😕
In our home ec clubs we just sew them but you can get a glue for clothing that can be washed

Gorilla brand has a fabric glue that withstands laundering.
Another idea for the potholder..in the cone shape. It would make a great slip on cover for pot handles.
Using a sewing machine will make everything last a bit longer👍🏼
I was thinking the same. I don’t know if hot glue would keep the towel together through a wash.

Not just cutlery but we made these one year in home-ec club for scissors easy way to hang them near your work area

Nice variety of ideas. I’d opt for sewing the fabric, it is sturdier and washable. The storage was attractive.
