Doesn't make sense if we can't use the entire app
I just use Waze on my apple car play. Really nice for cop alerts or debris in the road. It’s also linked to the Uber app
This been requested feature since Uber started and CarPlay was thing. Why cant a mirror or use my screen to accept or decline jobs

So it’s useless besides a second screen for nav
Been using it for a week now with android auto. Traffic display is not the greatest and you don't have the ability to move the screen around if you want to zoom in and see where the passenger is.
It freezes my Lyft app bad as shit
That's the exact same problem I'm having. It also crashes when the screen cycles between day and night modes.
My uber app is displaying but lyft don’t
I’ve been using the Uber Apple CarPlay app and it works really well. You can use it for navigation and for accepting/declining trips. It doesn’t give you rider information or allow you to go online/offline.
I've been able to use Uber app on carplay but not lyft app. Lyft said there's a setting to sync carplay under Navigation and Sound but in my app that settings isn't there.
How can I get the volume up on the Lyft navigation my music is up but not the navigation any suggestions?
Lol it would be nice to throw all of the trip radar trash and other goofy popups on to the radio so we don't accidentally accept their trash offers blindly.
I have used it, but it interferes with my radio, CarPlay doesn’t allow for the radio to be on while using the Lyft Driver app, what a bummer.
Hopefully we will see improvements soon.

It took until 2023 for this to start working I would have hopped Lyft and Uber would have been more progressive in past years and worked on this as a priority in development. But eh.
