Thanks for the video. One clarification. Could you please double check if the flow rate is 6600 litres/hr at 50m head. I feel it is maximum head of 50m and maximum flow rate of 6600 litres per hour, but not delivering both at same time. Because at 6600 litres at 50m head is itself about 900W.

Max discharge means it will be at minimum head.
And Max head is shutoff head, practically zero discharge
