    This is exactly what I was looking for. I can't believe that piece with the wheels is so poorly designed. My rack has four of those two-wheel components. Two of the wheels are completely gone and the other six no longer stay attached to the component.

    Got replacements installed them. Broke again within a few weeks. Even Kitchenaids quality has fallen into the the junk appliance catagory. Soooo sad!

      Oh man! What a bummer! Mine are still hanging in there, but I’m sure I’ll start
      Losing them soon, I only really get a couple years out of mine before they fall apart.

    I have this dishwasher brand new and my problem is the wheels some of them don't turn I have to physically lift up the rack and put it into the dishwasher.

      Oh wow! That’s frustrating. I’ve never had that happen, just the wheels falling off. They’re a pretty easy swap out, hope the video helped!
