Thank you for this, GE! I initially thought the wrong rack was shipped with the unit. Separately, the voice over sounds amateurish for a company the size of GE.

How to know which wheels to buy to replace mine? I have an old profile dishwasher and need to replace the wheels only.

I tried to bend the wheel out but cannot do so as my design is just a bit different- it just broke the clip off. My dishwasher has never glided properly and we stopped using it. It is only 4 years old. Is there another option?

I have a newer BOSCH. It has real bad tolerances between three critical components: (1) the rack wheel-spacing between the left and right sides, (2) the track-spacing on the open door, and (3) the track spacing inside the dishwasher (which is 3/16" larger than the door's, and is further not perfectly parallel, with the track actually widening by an additional 1/8" towards the rear. Which is to say that if the rack is not laying perfectly centered on the track, it's wheels can dip down inside the track (especially with a loaded rack) and BIND the full rack! FUN (and becoming a PAIN!) Since the rack axles aren't easily bent on our model w/out breaking spot-welds (and one can't use heat due to the special surface-coating on the rack's wires) -- the best workaround is to get WIDER wheels (at least for 1-side of the rack). The wheels have 3/8"-flat surfaces, but need an additional 1/8" to 3/16" width (between the two sides, or all on one side). I'm planning on manufacturing my own "WIDER"-wheels using a lathe, out of Teflon material.

Interesting a friend has a bosch aquastar and it always falls off. I will investigate this more. One wheel is missing. Maybe the others can be adjusted aswell...

I think the engineers goofed. I have had my GE dishwasher for a little over 2 weeks and Saturday I'm going to get another. The wheels have come off that track one too many times.

The axils aren’t long enough to adjust, and pushed in it does not wiggle enough to come off the track. The issue is that the rack is not wide enough for the wheels to stay on the track while moving it in and out. Additionally, dishes are too heavy for the rack. The wheels fall into the space between the door and the interior- doesn’t matter if you’re moving the rack in or out. The engineers failed on this one. Frustrating because the last dishwasher I bought from you only lasted a year and a half but at least the rack didn’t fall off the track. I didn’t choose this one (bought in June 2023), but now I know that when this one dies next year I know not to get another GE.
