nice planning using bead on front to bevel the leading edge I was a little concerned on you working under a non supported load cant say I havent done the same thing Happy I found your channel nice to watch another hard working southern boy. great camera work and editing
Nice work. On the skid shoes though, I usually stitch weld them, to make it easier for next time. And please be careful putting your life in the hands of that hoisting strap. Maybe a couple lengths of angle, with cross braces or something??? Or, throw it up on pipe stands and work a little uncomfortable under it???
Yea you're right there was an attempt to brace it with a stand but it was too short but a couple pieces of angle iron would have been a good idea. Thanks for watching! And thanks for the feedback!
If i dont have heat and the piece is thick i take a cutting wheel on a grinder and cut a groove at the spot i want it to bend. I bend it over and then run a bead across that groove. Nice job.
Nice repair.
Thanks for watching 👍
Hey man, hope all is well. Haven't seen any new vids. Stay safe.

are you just starting in the fab biz?
What about the blades?
Good job on the brush cutter next time you got a disagreement with wasp just give a squirt of WD40 it sticks their wings together and they can't fly
Thanks for watching Hubert, yea WD is a good go to wasp buster too!!
Oh no reason to stitch weld I bet those skidders out last the rest of the bush hog
Yea and if they don't with it fully welded it will be a lot less mess to lay some new skid plates over the top
