To get the others to a matching radius. Make a cardboard radius template from the first one. A full turn is too much. Quarter of a turn each time through & without the box section kinking
Nice work, and nice shop equipment. Do you use your iron worker often? if so, what do you mostly use it for? Do you know of any good places to find a used brake or other equip?
Thanks, the iron worker is a very versatile tool you can do so many different operations with it so yea it comes in handy pretty often. I bought the press and the iron worker at the same time from a guy that deals in new and used equipment and he set up rigging crews and transportation of heavy equipment but it is expensive using a middle man like that. Since then I generally stick to auctions but you gotta be able to set up transport so best to stay local so you can view the equipment in person and easier and cheaper to move.
Some nice equipment there. A Pyramid Roller a Press Brake and a Iron Worker. Very nice.
Thanks 👍
Good looking sheppards!
Thanks 👍
Great job . I had to do my ones in a press , a little at a time . Although way smaller ! 👍
I once made a roller out of lawn more pulleys and a c-clamp mounted to a piece of 10" channel but I could only use it on 1 inch aluminum tubing.
Where did you purchase the tube bender and what’s the name of the bender…Thanks
It’s a better roller than I got....if you feel that bad about it I’ll gladly pay the shipping to my shop!....🤣
Bon boulo😀😀👍👍
Thank you!!
