More great terrain pieces!
Thanks. Hope they prove to be useful!
WoW Kris! Awesome as always!! Thanks! Stay safe and healthy my friend!!
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed the vid! :)
One of my favorites I think love them
Great stuff!
Cheers!
Thanks for posting
No probs.
As always: Great work and an awesome piece. You are truly an artist with your method!
Thanks for the kind words :)
@@CrookedStaffTerrain Hey, I just call them as I see them! ;-)
Stellar, as usual. Keep up the incredible work!
Thanks ...and will do!
got this and 7 other pdfs today on drivethrurpg. great work thanks so much!
No problem. Here's hoping you'll be putting them to good use!
Another awesome video Kris. Can't wait to see what your going to come up with next.
Thanks :-) ...and who knows what I'll work on next (I certainly don't :-S ;-) ).
Thank you for the awesome craft and video. You continuing to do what you do really does help during all this insanity so again, thank you!
No probs!
Another excellent tutorial. Very cool looking mummies. Love the one sitting down. Didn't expect the skeleton being used here. Here's an idea: don't glue the lid, but place it loosely over the coffin and include a sword (magic item) laying on the mummy inside. Great job Kris.
Thanks :)
(oh ...and I might have a go at doing some more variations in a livestream at some point :) ).
Amazing work. Thanks for the new project to make!
Thanks ...and no problem!
Fantastic as always! Thank you for your creativity and sharing.
Cheers! Hope you can put them to use!
Glad to see your staying healthy my friend, keep up the great work
Will do!
Stunning stuff CST! Excellent.
Thanks!
Timing is perfect. New project for terrain making to keep our minds off what's going on around the world ATM.
Glad you think so (as I said at the start - I wasn't sure if folks would think it poor taste to be making coffins right now :S ).
As usual, I was probably worrying about nothing :)
I've never seen your channel before, so you must have done something right. You made the UA-cam algorithm happy. I like what I see. I'll go ahead and check out a few more of your older videos now. Good luck to you.
Hello and welcome aboard :) (here's hoping that you'll be able to put some of this stuff to use).
Hey Kris, man i love your channel. As soon as you showed those mummys and coffins. I had the biggest smile on my face. They look soo good. The name plates on the coffins and the skeleton in the coffin are amazing touches. You always give us options on what your crafting (the two headed goblin the skeleton instead of a mummy).
Thanks Kris & have a great day.
Glad you like the vid :) And yeah - there should be a few different ways of putting these together ...like a coffin with a 'shroud body' inside, one with splintered wood (from a broken lid), and so on. I might do a 'webcam workbench' later in the week and see what I can put together :)
Enjoy watching your creativity with paper and cardboard! I've made a few settings, inspired by your art, for my DnD games. My players love it! Thanks, and please continue making these vids!
Glad you (and your players) are enjoying this nonsense of mine :)
The mummy has to be my favorite part. You were able to execute that perfectly.
Thanks :)
If I were a better artist I would have had a go at making a proper sarcophagus texture to go along with it ...but that's probably a bit beyond my capabilities :S
Maybe it's something I can have a go at in the future.
Crooked Staff Terrain I’ll keep an eye out for that lol sounds cool.
The mummy/shroud is such a good idea! I totally missed the original episode, nice that you covered it again!
Glad you like them ...I was quite surprised that they looked so nice ...you know, when you consider how bad the 'core humanoid shape' is :)
Now to stock that mausoleum! Another excellent episode my friend!
Thanks :)
Hope you and your family are well, great to see you're still producing content, many thanks for the new textures!
No probs. And I hope you (and indeed everyone else) is doing OK in these strange times.
Awesome! Lovely stuff as usual.
Edit: those bones look even better in the coffin!
Thanks :)
God bless us all during this time, thank you for providing cool stuff for us to watch during lockdown😎👌
No probs. Hopefully a few people will be building as well as watching :)
Thank you for yet again a great video.
No probs :)
Some may think it's poor timing or poor taste, but others may think it's very fitting. I guess it depends on your perspective, but isn't that the case with everything in life?
Thanks for another great video, Kris, and stay safe everyone.
Yeah ...from my point of view it's just more D&D stuff (and the reason I'm making them now is because I'm running/prepping a huge undead adventure) - so hopefully folks will take it as intended :)
Just to help myself out, I have been keeping a list for reference purposes. I thought I'd share it here for others.

Good work CJ, your contribution the table-top crafting community is much appreciated. Many thanks.
@@thedobber2322 You're welcome
LOVE these! Can't wait to add them to my scatter terrain!
Glad you like 'em :)
These are great as always! We need something to keep us busy during our mandatory vacation!
Glad to help ...even if it is a slightly creepy subject matter :)
so simple but Brilliant
Glad you like 'em :)
Perhaps an option for the over-motivated:
Use a goblin face over the bunched up head, and put the bandages over that. Then cut away a bandage or two to show their mottled green faces that hopefully would look like a dried corpse.
Wow, that is pretty cool! Thanks for sharing all your knowledge / tips / tricks and actual templates to use. Really do appreciate it and my players do too, well they did when we met in person anyway. lol hopefully back to that soon
Yeah, I know what you mean. I made a whole bunch of stuff for a game ...and because we've switched to playing online now, I'm not getting to use it :(
Oh well ...it will always come in handy for other games.
(now is a good time to be getting stuff built at least :) )
Enjoy the quarantine making mummies!
:D
this is fabulous thank you and it was a great episode.... says a person who took Afghan cookies to work after 9/11 happened.... and only thought they were fancy chocolate cookies
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it (didn't you also make coffins one time?).
Amazing, but what else to expect :-)
:)
Hi everybody, That was really smart, I love it!
But what is the thickness you used for the sides?
The corrugated cardboard was around 1.5mm (1/16") thick. Anything similar should do the job.
Binge watching you videos, great content, wish I'd found your channel sooner.
I expect they get a bit repetitive when you watch them back to back (I do tend to repeat myself a lot) ...but I'm glad you're enjoying them :)
Honestly, ive always wanted to try making your stuff but with my work i never got time to craft anything Dnd related, and now that I have time to spare its been almost therapeutic
I know it's not ideal circumstances ...but I'm glad you've finally got time to give some of this stuff a try (hope it's going well).
Cool
love it
You need the coffin lid that's rotten and you can see the body through the rotted planks. - Like in Nosferatu 1922.
Should be easy enough to cut one up a little bit :)
@@CrookedStaffTerrain the idea has been planted...now to watch the rest of your playlist!~ :D
this was a great distraction from everything going on.
Glad to hear it!
I always buy your products for free because I'm a student
(sorry for my english but I'm belgian
I'm sure most folks do - and that's fine by me :)
Hope you are getting some good use out of them all the same!
Didn't work out for me. For some reason the side parts are way too short. Followed directions, but it does not work.
Too short, as in you can't fit a mummy inside? Or something else?
@@CrookedStaffTerrain wow! Quick response. First of all big fan of your creations. No the sidewalls are too small for the coffins base.
@@CrookedStaffTerrain any idea what could have went wrong? I got them through drivethrurpg. Wish I knew how to send a picture.
@@kelbyholsapple9858 Well I'm about to head off to bed - so the next reply might take a little longer ;) ...but - the base is a little bigger than the 'coffin sides' (just to give us something to glue to) - but not by much.
If you do want to send a picture - you can do it via the discord group or facebook or whatever (if you click on the channels homepage there should be links to all those in the top right corner).
@@CrookedStaffTerrain using some of the extra that could go on the back of the lid. It looks like my side piece needs to be 4-3/8 long to wrap around the base. What is it actually supposed to be?
