3. 1to 2 teaspoons of natural honey 🍯 4.1 tablespoon of olive oil
5.1quarter teaspoon of cinnamon

thank you I just came home from being the hospital for four days due to bronchitis. They tested me for every virus under the sun and that was the only thing that showed up. I could hardly breath and the coughing and phlegm was unbearable. I was even on oxygen and breathing treatments which made me feel like I was on an LSD trip. I came home saw this video and a few others and started using my neti pot 2-3 times per day and also gargling with salt water several times per day. I am 75% better sleeping thru most of the night and coughing barely there. This does work.

Once again you are an answered prayer for my family! My mom is in ICU and as she recovers from sepsis of a ruptured stomach, she has discovered thick mucus build up. @@motivationaldoc I have a serious question regarding nasal decongestant sprays
I used one and sprayed 3 times in both of my nostrils then afterwards I was moving my head up for a better posture then suddenly I felt the mist drip from the spay coming down i don't know if I sprayed it wrong but then I started having a running nose that led to me being really congestioned from one nostril to switch to another
My mucus color changed to yellow green color i kept sneeze felt some stinging now I'm better but I still can't smell from both nostril and sometimes nose would run or being congestion from buildup mucus
I don't know if this happened to anyone
When does the side affects stop
Are they long term or permanent?

I had sinus issue where my nose mucus keeps running. I keep on blowing my nose till it gives me headache. I only used nasal spray and salt water to gargle for 2 days and everything was gone. Now I know how to treat my allergies/cold/flu. Thank you Doctor.

I remember about 5 years ago having a totally blocked nose because of hayfever. I read about salt water. Tried it at 2am and literally could feel my sinus opening within minutes.

A salt solution may temporarily relax nasal passages, but using it on the lungs is questionable because the lungs rely on cilia to move the phlegm up into the throat. No mention here of handling the hacking cough that makes your throat raw. Breathing over a bowl of warm water, with or without salt, helped me out recently. When your lungs cough up that green ball of mucus you know you've won.
