Dude took a bite out of the middle of the taco like a complete savage
Bet that host's boyfriend is sitting at home, fuming that he's acting like an ogre.
Since they didn't share the recipe, here's what I can tell from watching the video:
Dry mixture
1 cup corn starch
6 cups ap flour
½ cup old bay seasoning
½ cup salt
4 cups buttermilk
(For korean - replace some buttermilk with vodka)
Dredge in flour
Dunk in liquid
Dredge in flour and coat thoroughly
Fry at 350 degrees F
Whenever a show/book/video says "Making the famous XXXX recipe", know this: they are not making the famous recipe. The chef even says it. When the talking head says "We're going to be making Momofuku's famous fried chicken", the chef says "We're making fried chicken. We're making a Southern fried chicken"
He is the creepiest host I have ever seen
Cooking show with no recipe attached is a complete BS
