i have tried laying on the cold floor (not fully naked but close) and it felt nice i thinkk but i believe that for me the most effective way to relieve cramps is with warm compress or huging a warm bottle of water, it like helps my muscles relax and i feel it gets better. Also sometimes I drink water because dehydratation may worsen the spasms. And i massage the area to increase bloodflow there. These are my tips.

For periods, I definitely can relate to the cold floor thing, and wearing minimal clothing. I usually get so many hot and cold flashes though so I usually keep a blanket near me for when I get chills again. Fetus position on the floor and hot pad on abdomen is the best thing ever for cramps!

All I have to say is that as a loner girl (I'll explain later), I always feel uncomfortable around more than one person at a time.
I don't like it when a group stares at me and expects me to talk more since I'm more of an observer.
I used to be really shy which led to me hiding the fact by trying to "own" my social awkwardness and make myself look intimidating. I was also known as the smart kid back then. I was pessimistic and didn't vibe with others.
By the time I started high school, I genuinely didn't care about getting friends.
Tbh, I only became optimistic after getting into my first relationship. After 3 years we broke up on good terms. I'm living my best life now as a junior in HS.

EAT THESE FOR CRAMPS: Dollar general has Clover Valley brand Thin Mints - they have peppermint oil in them and they're covered in chocolate and they're way cheaper than real thin mints. The peppermint oil can soothe cramps and the chocolate is good for the period hormones 😆
i dont have my period yet but i was at school and i had really bad cramps because i am gonna get it soon and i had my phone in my pants and the screen was hot so i was moving around my stomach and it felt a lot better

So, about a year ago, I was in a situationship with someone who was a male, in the same grade as me, and is about a month younger than me. I’d known him since 7th grade and we’d been in an on and off relationship for about 2 years by the time we were both freshmen in high school. For context, I had basically zero knowledge about what “active consent” meant and I understood how s3x sort of kind of worked but not all of it completely.
Anyways, so this guy, let’s call him Dec started sort of pressuring me into letting him touch me. Like inappropriately, meaning he’d like finger me during lunch and stuff. At first, I’d enjoyed it sort of kind of but there was one particular incident that kind of traumatized me. So, for context, he started touching me during freshmen orientation when he wrapped his arms around my waist, like tightly, while we were sitting down, and I let him bc I consented. Well, sort of. Anyways, so he started sliding his hand up my shirt, and started touching my literal breast. So, um, it got worse from there bc he started sliding his hand down my pants and touched my hoohaa and almost gave me a finger job on multiple occasions. As the weeks progressed, he moved to sliding down my bra strap and even unbuckling my goddamn bra while fully cupping my breast, again, without my active consent I just let him. Then, one time, he slid his hand down my undies and I’m pretty sure he cupped my ass or smth I don’t remember. Anyway, so the incident that traumatized me was when I was having lunch with my childhood friend and he was there sitting next to me. I hadn’t seen this childhood friend in YEARS, like since kindergarten mind you and I wanted to catch up with her. So, Dec came along with me and he slid his hand up my hoodie, and started touching my uh b00bs while my friend was sitting right in front of us. He slid down the bra strap and I’m pretty sure he was cupping my breast at this point. I kind of hinted for him to back off but he really didn’t and instead moved down to my pants and started fingering my hoohaa and I’m pretty sure he tried to slide his hand down my pants. Like he was aggressively rubbing my hoohaa from the outside and my friend told someone else how she felt so uncomfortable having lunch with me and this guy bc he kept on fingering me. Mind you, I never actively said “yes” and he never actively asked me if he could touch me like that. After I broke up with him, I started having nightmares and I’d wake up in the middle of the night as I remembered how he’d do these things to me. And I hadn’t really cared about it until now, which leads me up to my point. I was doing an anonymous survey that had triggering questions about s3xual assault and I got insanely triggered when it asked about being touched inappropriately without consent bc it reminded me of this. So, my question to you guys is is my situation considered s3xual assault and am i justified to be triggered when I see questions about s3xual assault? He never has s3x with me but I just don’t know what this qualifies as bc idk if it’s considered s3xual assault bc I was his S/O so do I have to give active consent if I’m part of that situationship?? Please help ❤️🩹❤️🩹
