The one Hello Disc especially it's a lot less messy than cups and I find it a lot easier to stick it in there. 10/10 would definitely recommend especially for heavier flow girlies and if you already like cups super easy transition I feel like. ALSO WHEN ESTHER SAID TRADER JOES SUNSCREEN Y'all are too real, it's so good for reals
